STEPS:
1) Go look through all our listed Short-term Spotify Campaign options and decide which one you want!
2) Pick your "Tier" of that campaign (remember, it's 25% off the cost listed!)
3) Come back here and fill out and submit the form below WITH a picture of your drivers license or equivalent proof of date of birth. (Duh, we're gonna check.)
4) We'll send you the final invoice via email at the 25% off discount, and once that's paid the campaign will begin within 7 days!
5) We'll email you your campaign results once they've all concluded.
